School Program- Social and emotional learning

Our Kids Program is trauma-informed and offers yoga movement, meditation, and mindfulness to students within primary schools. It is offered as a single day or as a 6-week program. The extended program can be delivered weekly or fortnightly. We have created two programs to attend to the developmental age of the students; Prep-Year 4 and Year 5 – Year 6. Both programs focus on building resilience, relationships with self and others and a greater awareness of social and emotional learning. Each class runs for 1hr-1.5hr, depending on developmental age and school requirements.

  • Respectful relationships
  • Autonomy, decision-making and boundaries
  • Emotional regulation

Each module has accompanying material and homework for the kids and parents. Parents will be provided with a Flyer outline of the program and a presentation slide of what the students will learn during the 6 weeks (Zoom meeting if required)

After school- Weekend Program

6-week program for emotional literacy, covering trust, community, self-esteem, and more. Includes materials for kids and parents.

Emotional literacy 101 * (6-week course)

This course offers a powerful combination of daily learning, practice, and reflection so you can be the best version of yourself. placing an emphasis on what we need to develop and truly embody what it means to be emotionally intelligent, 

Time commitment: Approximately 50 min./week

Teacher Wellness Program

Our trauma-informed and strengths-based Teacher wellness program is delivered either over one day or as a 6-week program (Weekly). It specialises in providing accessible, trauma-informed yoga movement, meditation, mindfulness, and social and emotional learning. The program easily integrates into your school culture to reduce stress and anxiety, build resilience, and develop a climate of holistic well-being. It includes a self-care yoga bundle to help teachers look after themselves and set up for the day to extend their support to student wellbeing.

Each class runs for 30 min- 45 min and is beginner-friendly.
