Program

School Program- Social and emotional learning ( Kids Program )

Our Kids Program is designed to support primary school students’ emotional and social development through a trauma-informed approach. We combine yoga movement, meditation, and mindfulness to help children build resilience, foster positive relationships, and develop a deeper awareness of their emotions.

The program is flexible, offered either as a single-day session or as a more extended 6-week course, with weekly or fortnightly sessions. To best suit the developmental needs of students, we offer two age-specific programs:

  • Prep to Year 4
  • Year 5 to Year 6

Each class runs for 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on the age group and school requirements. Our programs are designed to create a safe and supportive space for students to explore social-emotional learning, build self-awareness, and develop the tools to navigate challenges in a healthy, positive way.

Topics Covered

  • Trust and Safety
  • Community
  • Initiative & healthy emotional expressions
  • Self-awareness & self-esteem
  • Exploring our identities
  • Respectful relationships
  • Autonomy, decision-making and boundaries
  • Emotional regulation

Each module is supported by accompanying materials and homework for the students and their parents. Parents will receive a program flyer outlining the key elements of each session, along with a presentation slide detailing what the students will learn throughout the 6-week program. Additionally, a Zoom meeting can be scheduled if parents wish to discuss the content in more detail and understand how to best support their child’s emotional and social growth during the program.

Embodied Dance & Connection Program ( Community Program )

Healing Movements Program

This holistic program is designed to empower all genders, particularly those who have experienced family violence, by offering a unique blend of belly dancing, yoga, and other healing movements. These practices go beyond physical exercises—they are powerful tools for expression, connection, and healing. Through these movements, participants can explore their emotions, improve their physical health, and cultivate a supportive sense of community.

Belly Dance (Raqs Sharqi)

Belly dance, also known as Raqs Sharqi, offers a unique somatic and dance movement therapy approach that helps release trauma by engaging the womb through movement. Energetically, the womb holds emotional wounds that may manifest physically as reproductive, hormonal, or menstrual issues. However, it is also a reservoir of creativity, symbolising the potential to create life and the ability to shape the life we desire.

For many women, especially those who have experienced domestic violence, sexual abuse, or sought asylum, trauma can heavily impact their confidence, self-esteem, and sense of body ownership. Such experiences may strip away personal power. Belly dance, with its gentle and feminine movements, provides a safe way to reconnect with the body. The joy and sense of community fostered through the practice are also essential in the healing journey of trauma survivors.

In this workshop, you will discover how belly dance can help rebuild self-confidence, enhance self-esteem, and restore a sense of control and ownership over your body. Additionally, belly dance can assist in releasing intrusive thoughts and improving focus and concentration. You will leave with key movements and concepts from belly dance to integrate into your practice.

Access Consciousness Bars® -Individual ( Access Bar Program )

Access Bars® is a gentle, hands-on healing therapy that clears away the mental noise, limiting beliefs, and emotional barriers that hold you back in life. By applying light touch to 32 specific points on the head, the treatment releases stored thoughts, emotions, and energy. Each point relates to different aspects of life, such as money, time, body, communication, gratitude, and peace.

This process helps release the electromagnetic charge associated with these mental and emotional blocks, leading to greater clarity, relaxation, and personal transformation. Think of it as clearing out old, unnecessary files from a computer—within minutes, years of limiting beliefs can dissolve, creating space for new, positive experiences.

As each Bar is gently touched, you not only release energy in that particular area of life but also experience an exponential shift in other connected areas. Access Bars® allows your brain waves to slow down to a Theta and Delta state, helping you feel more focused, energized, and relaxed. For many, it feels like a phenomenal head massage, but at its best, it can profoundly change your life.

Access bar – Corporate ( Access Bar Program )

Access Bars in Business offers a range of wellness programs centered around the powerful Access Bars® technique, a light-touch method that provides effects similar to meditation. In a 30 to 45-minute session, Access Bars® induces deep relaxation, which can enhance performance, foster a positive mindset, boost creativity, and help prevent burnout in the workplace.

How Does It Help?

Access Bars® calms a racing mind, alleviates stress, and creates a space for mental rejuvenation. This quiet space encourages greater creativity, improved productivity, and the ability to tap into one’s intuition and focus.

How Does It Work?

During a session, clients either sit or lie comfortably on a gravity chair or massage table. The practitioner lightly touches specific points on the head. These points, when activated, stimulate a positive neurological response, triggering the body’s natural relaxation processes. This promotes the physiological changes needed for enhanced well-being, leading to a profound sense of peace and relaxation.

Key Benefits:

  • Deep relaxation and stress relief
  • Enhanced mental clarity
  • Improved motivation and communication
  • Positive impact on migraines and insomnia
  • Better mental health, with reduced symptoms of depression, anxiety, and panic attacks
  • Greater intuitive awareness
  • Improved problem-solving and conflict resolution
